Hypothesis

If increased concentrations of caffeine increase heart rate in the model organism, “Daphnia magna”, then consumption of caffeine is directly proportional to increased heart rate in humans (increase in amount of caffeine will lid to higher heart rate).

Prediction: Increased concentrations of caffeine will increase heart rate.

Independent: concentrations of caffeine
Dependent: heart rate

Control: no caffeine (water)
